75years Boekenbeurs

this year the 'Boekenbeurs' exists 75 years already!

to celebrate, there will be a Murga (musical parade) on Sunday 30/10, starting at 14h, from the 'Letterenhuis' (check the exhibition of 75years Boekenbeurs!), ending at the Museum of Fine Arts.

There will be lots of authors and illustrators signing books.
one of my favourites is Pieter Gaudesaboos, check him out!

Clavis is also worth while, they publish the most beautiful childrens books!

chicken tree

we photographed this "chicken tree" on our walk in france...very funny
although all chickens should be able to fly (if their wings wouldn't be cut), it was the first time we actually saw this.
