Henri arrived!
..and we're all so glad to welcome him

Picked up the stylish cards from the printshop, wrapped some very very final and unique zeza&flor  shirts and biked to the nursing home...to meet a happy family!

These are some sketches and proposals for a logo I made for a client, who is a 'housepainter'.
Her sister, Mieke with the lovely mienoesj webshop, gave it to her as a birthday present.
Now that's what I call big sisterly-love!

She wanted it to have a happy, colourful attitude...but not too soft or girly.

Karen Barbé is a textile designer with great taste!
She is inspired by anything simple and unpretentious and creates unique handmade pieces for her brand Karen Barbé Textileria.

She also blogs about her new designs and hosts a succesful embroidery workshop in her studio.

Biking home, we noticed a giant ferris wheel and a small pool with colourful balloons, at the Astridplein in Antwerp.
The girls immediately wanted to test the waterballoons, thinking they could stand up and run after each other....not!
They fell down all the time, but had a great laugh :-)

Peskimo

Peskimo's world is filled with monsters and bunnies, pattern and texture..
Since meeting at university in Leeds, Jodie and David saw eye to eye on robots, kittens and evil monkeys, combining quirky details and streamlined design with a generous pinch of nostalgia.

We love absolutely everything about Peskimo, but some illustrations a bit more than others... :-)
